Individuals join the firm as independent contractors, and are called upon as needs arise that match their skill sets. Some independent contractors may have opportunities to become full time employees of Blackhawk EMG. Independent contractors may occasionally work alone, but most likely will be assigned to a team. Assignments and deployment details are based upon mutual agreement between Blackhawk EMG and the independent contractor. Pay is a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
